About this game

devour is a co-op horror survival game for 1-4 players. Stop the cults from being possessed before they drag you to hell. Run. Shouts. Hiding. Just don’t get caught.

DO YOU HAVE NEUTRAL STEEL?

• 1-4 player online co-op
  Take control of up to 4 cult members in this unique online co-op experience where you must work together to stop a haunted cult that will send you to hell with them.
• Single player mode
  Only for professional players. In this mode, you will scream by yourself.
• Challenging game
  No two DEVOUR plays are the same. To stop crime, you need a focus and execution team, with one session lasting up to an hour.

CAN YOU FIND EVERYTHING?

Each DEVOUR-themed map offers not only terrifying new manifestations of Azazel’s demon goat, but also new environments to explore, items to collect, youkai to traverse, and forbidden rituals.

• Not including evil spirits
  Your goal is to break Azazel’s grip on the cult. In each map, work together in a race against time to find key ceremonial items – some of which may be alive and not ready – to complete the disposal.
• Difficulty increases
  Each owner’s rage and speed increase as the game progresses, as does the number of youkai they spawn to stop you. Your only means of defense is a UV flashlight.
• Playback capability
  Locked doors, ceremonial items, and spawn items are randomly selected, ensuring no two games are the same. Plus, the unpredictable AI DEVOUR elevates the game, leaving you second-guessing every move.
• Player progress
  Players gain experience with each game, increase their Cult Rank, and earn Ritual Tokens. They are used to unlock precious Perks, which can mean the difference between living to ward off other demons or a painful death.
• Nightmare mode
  Finish the game without breaking a sweat? Try Nightmare mode for the ultimate challenge.
• Multiplayer features
  Use our in-game location voice chat. Invite friends or search for other players using the server browser.
• Full VR support
  Ready to turn it into a ladder? Play DEVOUR in VR with no additional purchases.

Observers

DEVOUR is a prequel to the 2-player online co-op game The Watchers. Play as the estranged children of Anna, Luisa and Frederico as they search for their missing mother.
