Prologue
A young boy from the remote village of Weaver’s Peak lives a peaceful life with his younger sister. Join a group of individual adventurers!
Gather a loyal following as you travel around the divided realms. From wandering warriors to amnesiac teens, a number of rich characters will join you on your adventure, and help you unlock the mysteries of your clouded world!

As you progress in the game, the hero and his entourage will gain access to the Alltrades Abbey, where they can specialize in more than sixteen summons. Practice your skills in the job of your choice, and learn tons of special spells and abilities. Once you’ve mastered an ability, you can still use it even if you change calls!

The party chat function allows you to communicate freely with a cast of colorful characters who will accompany you on your adventures. So, feel free to ask for advice and idle chat whenever the urge strikes you!

Tired of giving orders? Your loyal friends can be instructed to fight automatically! Use various tactics at your disposal to defeat even the toughest enemies with ease!

Slimopolis
Unlike previous titles, where monsters could only be recruited during battle, Dragon Quest VI lets you recruit an army of lovely little slimes as you travel the world! Once you’ve recruited a slimy friend or two, head to Slimopolis to test their mettle in a series of arena battles, with incredible rewards on offer for every slime tough enough to emerge victorious! Train your slime, and aim for the championship!

Slime Slime
The slime-sliding minigame introduced in the Nintendo DS version is welcome back! Brush the ice in front of your sliding slime to guide it through dangerous traps and hard obstacles. Perfect your polishing action to hit the target, and send your score through the roof!
